Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrollments confirmed by AI Data Analytics via invoice or written enrollment confirmation. Informational prices on the Site are not charges. Consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected where mandatory.

Timeframe

For self-paced Audit Lens access, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have accessed fewer than two modules. For Ledger Guard live cohorts, full refunds are available until 14 days before the cohort start date. After that window, see partial refunds below.

Full and partial refunds

• Full refund: Within the timeframes above, or if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date.
• Partial refund (50%): Cohort withdrawals between 13 and 3 days before start, provided no live sessions have been attended.
• No refund: After a live cohort begins, or after two or more self-paced modules have been opened, except where required by law or where we materially fail to deliver.

Non-refundable items

Custom Integrity Studio workshops after scoping work has begun, third-party exam fees (if any), and downloadable template packs sold separately are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email contact@aidataanalytics.digital with your full name, enrollment reference, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add delay for international cards or wires.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a program, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or compulsory military service may qualify for goodwill credits outside standard windows, assessed case by case.
